Automatic Transmission or Transaxle Fluid Change Indicator Resetting for Cadillac Eldorado 2001

Resetting Procedure
  1. Turn the ignition to ON.
  2. Press and hold the OFF and Rear Defog buttons on the climate control until TRANS FLIUD LEFE RESET appears on the DIC.
  3. The transaxle fluid life index is now reset.
  4. Turn the ignition OFF.
