Accelerator Control Cable Replacement for Chevrolet Express - AWD 2005

1. Remove the engine cover. Refer to Engine Cover Replacement .
2. Remove the air cleaner outlet resonator. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Resonator Replacement .



3. Remove the accelerator cable from the throttle lever.



4. Remove the accelerator cable from the engine cable bracket.



5. Remove the accelerator cable from the accelerator pedal (2).



6. Remove the accelerator cable from the bulkhead (1).

1. Install the accelerator cable to the bulkhead (1).



2. Install the accelerator cable to the accelerator pedal (2).



3. Install the accelerator cable to the engine cable bracket.



4. Install the accelerator cable to the throttle lever.
5. Install the air cleaner outlet resonator. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Resonator Replacement .
6. Install the engine cover. Refer to Engine Cover Replacement .
