Console Lamp Replacement for Chevrolet Omega VE 2008

Caution: Refer to Battery Disconnect Caution in the Preface section.

1. Disconnect the battery ground cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection .



2. Insert a suitable tool under the console lamp assembly (2) and gently pry the lamp from the console.
3. Bend back the lever contact that holds the bulb (1) and remove the bulb from the lamp assembly.

1. Install the new bulb (1) to the console lamp assembly.
2. Feed the lamp wiring into the cavity and push the lamp assembly (2) back into the cavity.
3. Connect the battery ground cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection .
4. Check all vehicle lights for correct operation.
