Oil Filter Adapter Removal for Chevrolet S10 Pickup - 2WD 2000

  1. Remove the oil filter.
  2. Be sure that the gasket is removed with the filter.

    3. Object Number: 183452 Size: SH
  3. Remove the oil filter adapter.

    4. Object Number: 183444 Size: SH
  4. Remove the oil filter bypass valve using a screwdriver or punch to pry the valve out.
  5. Clean the oil filter mounting surface.
