Oil Pump Removal for Chevrolet Tahoe - 4WD 1997

  1. Remove the crankshaft oil deflector nuts (6) and deflector (2).
  2. Remove the bolt (1) that attaches the oil pump to the rear crankshaft bearing cap.
  3. Remove the oil pump (3), the driveshaft (5), and the retainer (4).
