Sunroof Housing Rear Drain Hose Replacement for Chevrolet Tahoe - 4WD 2001

1. Remove the center pillar trim. Refer to Center Pillar Garnish Molding Replacement in Interior Trim.
2. Remove the headliner. Refer to Headlining Trim Panel Replacement .
3. Remove the drain hose from the nozzles rear, corner and side, ensuring butyl tape is removed.



4. Remove the clip retaining hose to sheet metal.
5. Remove the grommet from the sealer plate.
6. Pull the hose away from sheet metal where attached with butyl tape.
7. Remove the hose.

1. Install the hose.
2. Attach the hose to the sheet metal with butyl tape.
3. Install the grommet to sealer plate.
4. Install the clip retaining hose to the sheet metal.



5. Install the hose to nozzles rear, corner and side, ensure butyl tape is in position.
6. Install the headliner. Refer to Headlining Trim Panel Replacement in Interior Trim.
7. Install the center pillar trim. Refer to Center Pillar Garnish Molding Replacement in Interior Trim.
