Air Conditioning Refrigerant Service Valve Core Replacement for Daewoo Lacetti (Global Delta) 2009

    • GE-39400-A Halogen Leak Detector
    • GE-46246 Valve Core Removal Tool

Removal Procedure
  1. Recover the refrigerant. Refer to Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging.

    2. Object Number: 2026977 Size: SH
  2. Remove the service port valve core (1) using GE-46246 remover .

Installation Procedure

    Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 2026977 Size: SH
  1. Install the service port valve core using (1) GE-46246 remover and tighten to  3 N·m (22 lb in).
  2. Evacuate and charge the refrigerant system. Refer to Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging.
  3. Leak test the fittings using the GE-39400-A detector .
