Stop Lamp Switch Description for GMC Truck GMC P62 Commercial Chassis 1997

This section provides information for the replacement and adjustment of the stoplamp switch. For electrical diagnosis, refer to [A SECTION].

1. Disconnect negative battery cable. Refer to [A SECTION]
2. Remove the electrical connector.
3. Remove the stoplamp switch.

1. Install the stoplamp switch.
2. Adjust the stoplamp switch.

Refer to Stoplamp Switch Adjustment.

3. Connect the electrical connector.
4. Connect the negative battery cable.
